Palmetto Heroes 2012

Law Enforcement Officers, Correctional Officers, Teachers, Nurses, Firefighters, Veterans and Emergency Medical Services who are interested in becoming homeowners can now take advantage of a special program offered by the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority.  The program is called the Palmetto Heroes Program, and it is designed to assist those who are employed in the above mentioned professions buy their first home.  Palmetto Heroes will provide low interest home loans as well as down payment assistance.  For those eligible, they will receive a fixed interest rate of 3.75% and down payment assistance up to $5,000!  For more information on this great program, visit www.schousing.com or ask me all about it!
