Palmetto Gardens is a small subsection within the larger Park Circle community. Situated just minutes from downtown Charleston, this neighborhood offers residents a quaint and tranquil retreat while still being close to urban amenities.

Located on both sides of E Montague as you travel towards Park Circle, this quaint neighborhood is a perfect location to take in the annual North Charleston Christmas Parade.

Palmetto Gardens also has a park and green space that is divided in two by Montague Avenue offering residents with a perfect picnic spot or respite from hot summer days. 

Residents have plenty of recreational offerings nearby, including the Park Circle Disc Golf Course, The new North Charleston Sports Complex, and is also a short distance to the world’s largest inclusive playground.
