Oak Terrace Preserve is having a “You know you wanna live on our ‘Block Party’!” Open to everybody (not just residents), this will be an opportunity for those of you who are considering a move to this growing neighborhood. The block party will be celebrating the opening of Phase 2 and it will give potential home buyers the opportunity to meet the green builders for Oak Terrace Preserve including Crescent Homes, Charleston Landmark Builders, Verdi Homes and the newest builder, Eastwood Homes!
