The 2021 North Charleston Arts Fest is Back!
After a lengthy Covid delay, the 2021 North Charleston Arts Fest is finally back!
The annual five-day event is being held from April 28th to May 2nd, 2021, and is an opportunity to highlight so many different artists and performers in the areas of Dance, Music, Theater, Visual Arts, and Literature.
The event features an array of performances, exhibits, and activities that take place at a variety of venues within the City of North Charleston.

One of the biggest events is the Arty Block Party, happening on Friday, April 30th from 5 pm to 8:30 pm.
The Arty Block Party is a FREE Socially distanced street market with live music!!
You’ll find a street market with local artists and makers offering goods for sale, plus live music and roving entertainers!

NOTE: The 2021 festival will have limited offerings, both in order to keep our patrons safe and to adjust to budget constraints resulting from the pandemic. This year’s festival will not include principal events such as the World Arts Expo at Riverfront Park and the Children’s Festival in Park Circle and featured artists are more locally based. Virtual programs will be offered in 2021 and all in-person events require COVID-19 safety precautions (face coverings, social distancing, hand sanitizing stations, etc.).
