Craft Brew Races – 5K and Beer Fest
Combine a 5K road race with craft beer and what do you get? It’s the Craft Brew Races! Imagine running a 5K then immediately being able to drink unlimited samples from some of the best local craft brewers. Over 30+ breweries will be in attendance as well as food vendors and live music (TBA). Sample brews from such notable local brewers like, Frothy Beard, Holy City, Cooper River Brewing Co., and local Park Circle brewer Coast, plus many many more!
If you want to participate in the 5K run/walk prior to the festival the cost is $55, which allows you entry to the timed race, unlimited sampling of craft beer, and a cool souvenir pint glass! For complete information on tickets, visit craftbrewraces.com/charleston. If you don’t feel like running, they also have festival tickets only for $45. The Craft Brew Races will be on Saturday, November 7th. Race starts at 12:00pm, and the festival starts at 12:30pm and will go until 4pm. The event is being held at Riverfront Park (1001 Everglades Ave. North Charleston) and there will be plenty of free parking on-site, however UBER is one of the sponsors for the event so please do consider that option!
