Shore Leave Bar Takeover
Mixson Bath and Racquet Club is quickly becoming the go to place for cool events, and this one is no exception. The first ever “Shore Leave Bar Takeover” is happening this Sunday and every third Sunday until September, from 12 – 6pm. Ryan Casey, award winning Head Bartender for popular downtown restaurant McCrady’s will “take over” the Mixson Bath and Racquet Club bar along with celebrity bartenders, Mick “Maraschino” Matriciano from Cannonborough Beverage Co. and Andrew King from FIG (Food is Good). They will be mixing up specialty cocktails that will make you think you’re in the Caribbean. Have you ever had a Miami Vice or a Frozen Grasshopper? Me neither, but I’m about to this Sunday.
