Open Mic Comedy @ The Sparrow
Charleston’s new home for comedy is Park Circle. Well, at least in my eyes. Park Circle’s best kept secret is the “Drink ’til It’s Funny Stand-Up Comedy Open Mic” at The Sparrow hosted by your favorite Filipino Comedian/Real Estate Agent, me! Every Monday some of Charleston’s best comics congregate to try out new jokes or work on old ones to perfect their act. The unique part about this show is that we welcome anyone to come on stage and tell jokes so sometimes you may see some epic failures and that’s where the fun comes in! If you think you’re funny, come on by and try out some jokes and join in the fun! Sign up starts at 8:30pm and the show starts around 9pm. It’s the perfect opportunity to round up a few friends, have a few drinks and watch some comedy!
