Oak Terrace Preserve Phase 3 Block Party
The popular Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood in Park Circle is preparing to have a big party to officially launch sales for its upcoming release of it’s final phase! Phase 3 of Oak Terrace Preserve will welcome a few new home builders mixed in with established builders from Phase 1 and 2. The block party is open to the public and will include free food, live entertainment as well as, games and kids activities! It all takes place on Saturday, April 23rd from 11am to 3pm. If you have any interest in moving to the Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood then this party will be your opportunity to meet with the builders and see what kind of new floor plans and lots they plan on building on. Pricing might not be available on that date, but hopefully they (builders) will be able to give you a good indication of what to expect.
