Mixson Starting Development of Single Family Homes
A groundbreaking ceremony is slated for April 24th, 2014 to announce the start of development of new single family homes in the rapidly expanding Mixson neighborhood. With the recent additions of the “Mixson Bath and Racquet Club” as well as The “Flats at Mixson”, the new single family homes will be the next phase of Mixson’s residential development. The plan is to create approximately 79 single family homes, which will feature prices that start in the low to mid $300,000’s. The homes will be between 1,600 – 2,000 Sq. Ft. and will have either 2 or 3 stories. 18 Townhomes will also be built with a starting price below $300,000. Make sure to check-in often because as soon as more information becomes available, I will update this page! Although the final list of builders and architects have not yet been named, what I do know is that the first residences will be built by a trio of builders: Reavis-Comer Development, Seaquest Development, and Sabal Homes. This is exciting news as it brings even more options for those looking to move to the live, work, play community of Park Circle. Home buyers will now be able to choose from three new home developments in Park Circle, as Mixson will join both Oak Terrace Preserve and Hunley Waters.
