Here’s your first look at the Row Homes being planned for Park Circle’s Mixson development coming up later this summer. So far, all I have are renderings of the homes and the floor plan. These 3 bed, 2.5 bath with an optional 4th bedroom/office with full bath have not yet started construction, but preliminary pricing for these units will be between $309,900 & $324,900, depending on bed and bath configurations with corner units selling for more.
The row homes face Marblehead Lane. The back (garages) of the row homes will back up to the parking of the pool.
New Leaf Builders will be constructing these row homes and are fresh off another project in Park Circle at the nearby Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood. At Oak Terrace Preserve, New Leaf was able to sell out of their allotment of lots. At Mixson, New Leaf will be building a total of 7 row homes, of which 1 has already sold!
