Teachers & Tacos @ Basico – (NOW CLOSED)
It’s about time someone did something for the teachers! Every Tuesday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, teachers can enjoy $2 tacos and $12 Margarita Pitchers at Basico in Park Circle! To take advantage of this deal, all you have to do is show your school ID! Basico is a taqueria that utilizes local ingredients, serving them in hand-pressed tortillas, all in a laid back, comfortable atmosphere. While you wait for your tacos, you can sip on some of their refreshing crushed ice drinks like a Coco-jito (Coconut Mojito) or a frozen Screwdriver. I mean, you’ve had to deal with kids all day so why not have a little “you” time, you deserve it! If you’re a teacher why not stop on by and relax! If you’re not a teacher, you should probably make friends with one soon.
