Real Deal Club Inductee: Romeo
I met Romeo a couple months back and he let me know that he was interested in finding a property that was move-in ready, but also something that he could make renovations to. In less than a couple of weeks we were able to find the perfect home in Goose Creek that was convenient to his work with Boeing as well as being within 3 miles of the nearest boat ramp. As a veteran, Romeo was able to utilize a VA loan which allowed him to keep his upfront costs down, and also provided him with an outstanding interest rate! It was a pleasure working with Romeo and I look forward to assisting him or his family and friends find homes in the near future!
