David found me because he was looking for homes in the Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood. His online search lead him to my website which I keep maintained with all the latest Oak Terrace Preserve news and events, including updates on new homes that come on the market and the most up-to-date builder incentives! David let me know that he was a first-time buyer so I wanted to make sure that he was kept informed and comfortable throughout the whole process! After reviewing his options we were able to get a great deal on a new construction town home in Phase 2 of Oak Terrace Preserve.
