Real Deal Club Inductees: Antonia and Tyler
Antonia and Tyler are the newest members to join the Real Deal Club! They just purchased a beautiful home in Hanahan’s Timbercrest Village and I couldn’t be happier for them! After viewing a few re-sale properties, Antonia and Tyler decided on purchasing a brand new home instead. When purchasing a brand new home, most buyers think that it is best to deal directly with the builder’s on-site agent, like it’s going to save them money or give them an advantage in negotiating. That couldn’t be farther from the truth! Make no mistake about it, the on-site agent is looking out for the interests of only one party, and that’s the builder. With Antonia & Tyler we were able to negotiate items that were not included in the list price and get it for the absolute minimum!
