Real Deal Club Inductees – Josh and Kelly
Congratulations to the newest members of the Real Deal Club! Josh and Kelly came to me looking for a home in Park Circle and we were able to find them a home that wasn’t even on the market! Josh and Kelly settled on the Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood in Park Circle and I am proud to call them my neighbors. With limited inventory in the price range and location that they desired I was able to contact neighbors who might be interested in selling their home and after a few days we found one, which just so happened to be my former clients as well! The process was definitely unorthodox, but at the end of the day everyone was happy and that’s the way every transaction should be!
