Construction has started on a brand new luxury townhome community called Noisette Towns.
This little enclave of homes consists of only 24 units and will be built by Hunter Quinn Homes, a builder that just completed a project at Creekside at Horizon Village, which is located just outside of Park Circle.Â
There latest project brings them even closer to Park Circle, which they refer to as “Greater Park Circle”.
The unique design of the town homes were inspired by the Brownstones of New York combined with modern touches.
There will be 4 floor plans to choose from with configurations of 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1,700 to 2,325 Sq. Ft. in size, but all three-story with a drive under garage.Â
