The majority of my business nowadays is from referrals. In the beginning, it wasn’t always like that. When I first started in 2012, in Park Circle, I had would sit at the front desk of my office at 1081 E Montague and greet people who randomly walked or called-in. If someone wanted to see a property, I would jump at the chance to help. My theory was that if I did an amazing job for those people that not only would they use me again in the future, but they would also recommend to their friends. The biggest compliment to me would be getting a phone call and hearing that “so and so” recommended me. If you stay in the business long enough, you’ll end up working with the same people over and over again and I think it’s because they trust you and know that you’ll do anything you can to make them happy.
