Abundant Seafood - Park Circle Seafood Market
To say Abundant Seafood in Park Circle has an abundance of seafood would be an understatement. This husband and wife team opened their Park Circle location in the Spring of 2020 and is quickly becoming the local go-to place for fresh locally-caught seafood.
Mark and Kerry are the married couple behind Abundant Seafood and have fishing in their blood. Mark, a son of a commercial fisherman, and Kerry, a fishery biologist for the Federal government are committed to sustainable fishing. Sustainable fishing is the commitment to the principle that the fish in the ocean are a shared resource. They simply catch it for those who enjoy eating it but can’t catch it themselves.Â
Stop in for a visit and you’ll see everything from triggerfish, grouper, wreckfish, vermillion, king mackerel, sea bass, amberjack, and more. I personally, stopped in for a couple of pounds of shrimp and I was not disappointed.
The menu changes daily based on what they’ve been able to catch, so it’s best to just come into the shop and see what’s fresh.
