40 to Know – Neil Bansil – North Charleston Magazine Fall 2014
It was an honor and pleasure to attend an event last night at the North Charleston Fire Museum for the Post & Courier’s “40 to Know” Reception. It was an even greater honor to be nominated and actually chosen to be one of the “40 to Know”! North Charleston, and specifically Park Circle has been my home for 3 years now and during that time the city has welcomed me with open arms. Last night I was happy I could share the honor with some of my Park Circle friends and neighbors including Bryan Lewis (Owner/Operator Mixson Market, Basico, Mixson Bath & Racquet Club), Julie Simuang & Laura Cannon (Co-Owners, Orange Spot Coffee Shop) and Jaime Tenney & David Merritt (Co-Owners of Coast Brewery). They are truly people who make the city a better place and I consider myself lucky to be living in a neighborhood where they live, work and play. I am looking forward to growing with North Charleston and making a mark as a Realtor and Comedy Producer in this place I call home. If you want to view the entire 40 to Know list, you can check out the online article here (I’m on page 36), or read my little blurb below. Remember, you can always check me out hosting Open Mic Comedy at the Sparrow in Park Circle every Monday night or if you’re looking to buy or sell a home in Park Circle, you can contact me directly at (843)714-3855 or firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to knowing you.
