Double Barrel Drive By Beer and Whiskey Release
Celebrate some local and neighborly love with Firefly Distillery this Black Friday! We partnered with Holy City Brewing to bring y’all a two-part collaboration beer and whiskey dubbed Double Barrel Drive By. Our whiskey has been aging for the last year and we’re excited to release it to y’all at 12 pm on Friday, November 26 (just in time for holiday gifting!).
Holy City Brewing created this barleywine-style ale aged in our brandy barrels and our new malt mash whiskey is distilled from this beer and aged in those same barrels for one year. We’ve been so excited to announce this truly Charleston collaboration.
Forget your turkey hangovers and come join us for some tastings, food trucks, live music, and good drinks. Local food trucks will include P&S New Jersey Philly Cheesesteaks, Bits ‘n’ Bytes, Miss Katie’s Sweets, and Charleston Caribbean Creole with live music from local reggae band Urban Roots from 2 – 5 pm.
Pick up a bottle of Double Barrel Drive By Whiskey and then head on over to Holy City Brewing for their oyster roast and tasting flights featuring the newest brew. Exclusively available at the distillery + brewery, this pairing is the perfect gift for the beer and whiskey lover in your life!
